Before TIP, Adam founded building-trust.uk, a platform built on the hypothesis that trust is the operating system of every high-performing organisation. That thinking carries directly into TIP: if leaders don't trust the AI, each other, or the process, transformation stalls regardless of the technology.

Adam's conviction is that AI and human capability aren't competing forces. They're compounding forces. The organisations that merge both will outperform the ones that separate them.
